Transparency and reliability build trust

As a distributor and importer of chemical raw materials, we are subject to the European Community’s REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemical substances) regulation, dated June 1, 2007.

According to EC Regulation No. 1907/2006, Title II, Article 7, our company is a downstream user. This responsibility means we must ensure that all chemical substances that we deliver to our customers, to the extent that they are subject to the REACH regulation, are pre-registered and/or ultimately registered by our pre-suppliers (manufacturers/importers).

Furthermore, all raw-materials manufacturers supplying us with materials have quality assurance systems that comply with DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001, providing consistent oversight over the quality of their products during manufacturing, storage and delivery, and guaranteeing consistent quality for our customers in the context of the manufacturer’s warranty. The corresponding certificates and notifications can be downloaded from the manufacturer homepage, or can be obtained from us upon request. 
 
ECHA Candidate Lists (SVHC materials)
In addition to complying with the REACH regulation, we observe the corresponding declarations of conformity by our pre-suppliers with regard to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Candidate List, which regularly publishes the Candidate Lists of SVHC materials (Substances of Very High Concern).
